Before moving into telecommunications, Price spent 5+ years on the municipal side of planning and development, including 4+ years as a development authority in rural Alberta. He later worked on land acquisition, consultation and approvals for wireless and satellite infrastructure in Western Canada and Quebec.
That background is useful when a candidate looks straightforward until a landowner condition, access issue, public objection or municipal requirement changes the picture.
Maatbourg takes on defined site and approvals assignments directly and coordinates technical input where it affects the work.
